FLATLIFT® TV Lift Systems are extremely durable. Even so, if a defect/malfunction should in fact occur, FLATLIFT® will tke care of it immediately – professionally and quickly. Free of charge up to five years from date of purchase. After that, all repair costs are limited, as long as your  FLATLIFT® Pop-Up TV Lift System is in use. On any defects in material or defects/errors in manufacturing, you even receive a lifelong** manufacturer’s guarantee.

FLATLIFT®’s lifelong** manufacturer’s guarantee

FLATLIFT® will repair or replace, free of charge, all devices which indicate defects/malfunctions as a result of defects in material or defects/errors in manufacturing. At absolutely no cost to you for five years. For FLATLIFT® Pop-Up TV Lift Systems, absolutely no costs will occur to you within a period of five years from date of purchase.  This service includes:

• Pickup and return transport. As a rule, your FLATLIFT® TV Lift System will be reurned to you within ten business days.
• Labour costs
• Repair and replacement of all defective parts, including wear-and-tear elements.
• Function and safety test following repair service.

FLATLIFT®’s lifelong repair-costs limit***

Following the elapse of five years,the costs incurred to use for repairs will amount to a maximum of 33% of the respectively current purchase price for a comparable/identical new device.

• If the actual repair costs are less than this limit, of course, only these costs will be billed to you - for the entire life cycle of your FLATLIFT® TV Lift System.
• As evidence of our quality, after repair work is performed, you receive the same service within 12 months as for a new device.

The FLATLIFT® TV Lift Systeme GmbH TV Lift Warranty does not cover: any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, power surges, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, failure to follow instructions supplied with the FLATLIFT® TV Lift product, repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by FLATLIFT® TV Lift Systeme GmbH., causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of supplies or parts not meeting FLATLIFT® TV Lift Systeme GmbH specifications, or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect. **For a maximum peiod of 30 years ***LRL applies to the complete “Pop-Up” series, Slimline, FLX & Bild-O-Lift products, excluding the basic kit system Guarantee period for all other products: three years. Custom made products will have a 2 year warranty when built in from a flatlift certified professional.
